Most content published from 1995 and on are available in the archives on SFGATE. SFChronicle.com has an archive of content going back to its inception in March of 2013. A 60-day archive of back copies of the print edition can be purchased at the San Francisco Chronicle Store.
You can purchase single digital copies of the paper through PressDisplay.com. Those archives go back 14 days. These copies are formatted like the e-Edition and downloaded as a PDF.
Subscribers may also access the e-Edition’s 30-day archive.
Additionally, newspaper archives are provided to subscribers by NewsBank and can be found at SFChronicle.com/archive. Some public libraries may also carry microfiche archives. Inquire at your local or main branch to learn more.
