Before gaining access to SFChronicle.com, you must be registered and activated in our system. To activate go to SFChronicle.com/activate or, from our Subscriber Services page click on the Activate link. You can always contact the Subscriber Services team to check if you’re registered and to verify your username (email address). If you have not registered, you can go through the Activation process by starting at SFChronicle.com/activate. If you subscribed online, the username you created is your login. If you’ve forgotten your password, there is a “forgot password” option on the login page for both Member Services and SFChronicle.com.
